Coaches - How to transfer team funds from old club to NABC
If your team did fundraising over the last few years, it's likely you have a balance with the old booster. The old booster club has been "spending down" the account balance, so coaches or assignees should effort to transfer those monies to your dedicated team account as soon as possible.
These transfers will go directly to your dedicated team account with no "cut" as these monies already had 20 percent taken off the top with the old booster club. NABC Inc. has pledged zero % allocation to general fund for fundraising monies transferred from old booster and moving forward, only a 5% allocation to the general fund for new monies raised.
Transferring team balances from old booster to Niskayuna Athletics Booster Club
- Contact Larry Gillooley at lgillooley@niskyschools.org - Ask him to verify your team balance and request via email that your team wants the balance moved with check payable to Niskayuna Athletics Booster Club noting team name in check’s memo section.
- Mail or deposit check. Coaches are given deposit slips at our coaches meeting. Deposits can be made at any M&T branch. You can also request a deposit slip be emailed to you by contacting: VP@niskyboosterclub.com - Checks can also be mailed to Niskayuna Athletics Booster, P.O. Box 9524 Niskayuna, NY 12309
- To guarantee proper allocation of your team funds, please email the club treasurer, Frank Ferrucci at treasurer@niskyboosterclub.com to let him know the team name, check amount and when it is coming.
